RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please note that the return must be requested within 10  days from the date of delivery and that the shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund:

:: RETURNING STEPS
.
All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 10 calendar days after receiving the product. The product must be sent back to Dunkscollection  within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us to have the shipping address for return and please do not send the item back to the same address of shipping. Our team will control all received items so you need to send the shoes to our return address only.

(*) Please note that this procedure is invalid for volume orders (more than 10 pieces) and for items on Sale Price or Special Offer Price that are not exchangeable or returnable


:: RULES ABOUT RETURN PROCEDURE

A little restocking fee (15 USD ) on the entire value of the order (itm(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the goods to us. The shipping cost will be paid by BrandsDrop only and exclusively when the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 5 business days. No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.)

:: RULES ABOUT GOOD CONDITION
.
Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to Dunkscollection  must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before the can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperworks (this includes warranties and authenticity cards) , parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit . NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED TO THE BOX. The shoes or handbag box and any other items must be sent back inside a corrugated box (like the one it came in) to prevent any damage. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.

Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes with your dress we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we cannot take them back. The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in. This is the best packaging to use for returns. Shoes that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable. We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we can't accept the return.

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item by sending it back to us within 10 days from the receiving date. An exchange can be asked only once per item. We ship the exchange product when the original product is delivered back to us. Refunds are processed after checking returned items integrity and credits may take up to 10 days

(for example US, UK And Canada) In some cases, depending on the destination and on the items purchased, taxes and duties may be charged to recipient. Do you overnight an order?
Unfortunately we cannot overnight the items because we have a special agreement with our delivery companies.

How long does it take for delivery?
USA,UK ,Canada:5-10days.international:usually 14days!
Customers Requesting Shipment to: Italy, Netherlands, and countries outside of Asia, North America, and Western Europe must contact us for extra information before ordering. 
 
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable . All packages must be signed for. If no one is home, your local post office will hold your package for only a few days. If you DO NOT claim your package in a timely matter, your package will be returned to sender. Freshstyledrop is not responsible for packages not claimed and returned to us. We provide Tracking/Confirmation numbers for that reason .

What if I don't get my order in more than 15 days?
Then, it may mean that there will be a delay with your order. Either we may not have your item in stock or there may be a problem with the information provided by you. In that case, please reach our customer service and check your order with one of our reps
